This program is for the customer that does not want any surprises. In the event you require service on a covered printer/fax, you will not incur any charges, except for manufacturer’s defined consumables. All equipment eventually breaks down. Be ready for that day by putting your equipment under contract coverage BEFORE you need repairs. Contracts cover all equipment repairs and labor for an entire year.
